Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Opened or used vape devices, e-liquids, pods, coils, and disposables
-Items marked as sale or clearance
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
-A clear unboxing video showing the issue before opening the product is required.
-Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Unboxing video proof is required for verification.
-Upon confirmation, we will arrange a return or replacement.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and the required video proof.
2. Do not send any items back until return approval has been granted.
Return Shipping
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
-We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
-Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
