Return Policy

    • A clear unboxing video is required showing the issue before opening the product.

    • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

  4. Incorrect Items Received

    • If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

    • Unboxing video proof is required.

    • We'll arrange a return or replacement after confirmation.

  5. Return Process

    • Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and required video proof.

    • Wait for return approval before sending any item back.

  6. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  7. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
